The Climate Smart Jobs project developed the Uganda Climate Innovation Fund to support entrepreneurs coming up with sustainable, economically viable ways of helping local people become more resilient to the challenges of climate change in Northern Uganda, including prolonged drought, unpredictable rains, and declining soil productivity. Brian Ndyaguma is the Team Lead and Tobby Ojok an Agribusiness Specialist.
